I’ve always had a nagging sense of dissatisfaction with my accomplishments. No matter how far I’ve come, I’ve always wanted more. Born and raised in Tunisia, I moved to Germany at 19 and learned German from scratch. I then pursued engineering studies, but instead of taking a classic engineering job like my friends, I ventured into tech consulting for the automotive industry in 2021.
But even that wasn’t enough. The work was boring, and I felt like I wasn’t accomplishing much. So, I quit and moved into M&A, where I learned a lot about how businesses function and how to assess business models. But, again, it wasn’t enough.
Then, ChatGPT 3.5 came out, and everything changed. I dove deep into learning how to use AI, mastering prompts and techniques. With my engineering background, I could imagine an architecture and let AI code it. This approach allowed me to automate complex analyses and save 40-50% of my time on a single project.
That’s when I knew I had to build a business around AI. I started landing projects worth $5-15k that I could never have delivered without AI. One of the most exciting projects was creating a Telegram bot that would send alerts on football betting odds that were +EV and met other criteria.
After delivering several projects, I started my first YouTube channel, which brought me more professional clients. Now, I run an agency with two developers, and I’m thinking about the next step: scaling the agency or building a product/SaaS.
