Are you tired of the tedious job application process? I know I was. It’s a never-ending cycle of copying and pasting details, tailoring my resume, and tracking everything in a spreadsheet. It was a nightmare.

So, I decided to take matters into my own hands and built a system that automates the entire process. With the help of n8n, a powerful workflow automation tool, I created a Chrome extension that does it all for me.

Here’s how it works:

With one click, my Chrome extension triggers an n8n workflow that:

* Receives the job’s HTML and extracts the key details using a Large Language Model (LLM)
* Writes a custom resume summary and cover letter paragraph on the fly
* Logs everything perfectly into Google Sheets and creates a full Google Doc dossier

The whole process takes about 10 seconds per job. It’s completely changed my job search.
