In the world I’m creating, the Spellweavers are a reclusive group, forced into hiding after the Unsung War. Their powers are so immense that they’ve been mistaken for gods, but this very notion has driven them underground. Today, the Lighthouse remains a mysterious and elusive place, shrouded in secrecy and intrigue.
As a writer, I’m drawn to the Lighthouse because it represents a pinnacle of magical achievement. It’s a symbol of what can be accomplished when humans push the limits of their potential. But it’s also a reminder that with great power comes great responsibility, and that even the most well-intentioned individuals can be corrupted by their own abilities.
