The tech stack is simple: Vonage WhatsApp API (free sandbox) and OpenAI Assistant with custom documents. To get started, you just need to configure the WhatsApp channel in Vonage, create an AI assistant in OpenAI, and build two workflows in n8n. The first workflow sends the initial message, while the second handles replies and detects the user’s mood. Based on the user’s response, the AI agent sends breathing exercises, a meditation, or escalates to a counselor.
