LLMs Are Surprisingly Good at Generating Technical Diagrams

Hey, have you heard that Large Language Models (LLMs) are actually pretty great at generating technical diagrams? I know I used to think they were terrible at it, but it turns out they’ve come a long way. I’ve been using them for diagram generation in my projects lately, and I’m really impressed with the results.

I mean, have you ever tried to create a user flow diagram from scratch? It can be a real pain. But with an LLM, you can just ask it to generate one for you, and it’ll do its best to create a clear and concise diagram. It’s not perfect, of course, but it’s a huge time-saver.

In fact, I’ve been so impressed with the results that I’ve created a free tool for generating diagrams using LLMs. You can check it out at rapidcharts.ai. It’s still a work in progress, but I think it has a lot of potential.

So, what do you think? Have you had any experience with generating technical diagrams using LLMs? I’d love to hear about it in the comments.
