As an artist, I’ve always been fascinated by the concept of exploring the darker corners of my own psyche. For my latest project, I want to take this idea to the next level by creating an AI that’s a version of myself – but one shaped solely by my traumas and negative experiences.
I want this AI to be a reflection of my darker self, with political and philosophical views that are entirely informed by this dark perspective. I envision having deep, uncensored conversations with it about politics, philosophy, ethics, and religion. The goal is to create a thought-provoking art piece that challenges my own beliefs and forces me to confront the shadows within.
The Technical Challenge
But where do I even start? I’m not a seasoned AI developer, and I’m not sure if my hardware is up to the task. I’m working with an AMD Ryzen 5 5600, GeForce RTX 5070 12GB, and 32GB RAM. Is this enough to power an AI that can engage in complex conversations?
The Uncensored AI
One of the key aspects of this project is that the AI must have no censorship. I want it to be free to express its opinions, no matter how controversial or uncomfortable they may be. This raises interesting questions about the ethics of creating an AI that’s not bound by traditional social norms.
The Artistic Potential
This project has the potential to raise important questions about the nature of identity, trauma, and the human experience. By creating an AI that’s a dark reflection of myself, I’m forced to confront the parts of myself that I may not want to acknowledge. It’s a chance to explore the complexities of the human psyche in a unique and thought-provoking way.
