Hey, have you wondered if companies are using autonomous coding AI agents? I mean, we’ve seen devs use tools like Cursor and GitHub Copilot, but those still require an operator. Are there companies out there using autonomous tools that can take in Jira tasks and return a pull request, just like a human dev would?
I’m curious because I think AI agents can handle backend changes pretty easily. They can verify the changes by testing them in the terminal. But what about complex UI changes? Do AI agents lack the ability to handle those? Am I wrong?
