But here’s the thing: you’re not alone. Many students, including myself, have been in your shoes and felt the same sense of anxiety. The truth is, everyone starts somewhere, and it’s okay to take things one step at a time.
Instead of comparing yourself to others, focus on your own progress. Celebrate the small wins, like completing a difficult assignment or finally understanding a tricky concept. And don’t be afraid to ask for help – your professors, TAs, and even classmates are all there to support you.
As for your resume, don’t worry if it’s not perfect yet. You have plenty of time to build your skills and gain experience. Just remember to keep track of your accomplishments and update your resume regularly.
Lastly, take a deep breath and try to enjoy the journey. You’re pursuing a degree in SWE because you’re passionate about it, right? So, focus on learning and growing, and the rest will fall into place.
